I'll probably get them because....Batman but it depends when they come out. I'm already planning on getting the much rumoured BioShock Collection if it materialises.
Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
Just read about it on Eurogamer, and was about to mention but Wolvie beat me to it! lol
Anyway Asylum is still my favourite Arkham game but I've played it to death so not really that interested in yet another playthrough. I was never that keen on City.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
Could the best COD game, Modern Warfare, be getting the remaster treatment? This image was spotted by a Reddit user on a game reservation card for this years COD, which is called Infinite Warfare by the way. The interesting part is "Also Includes COD: Modern Warfare Remastered." Maybe Activision will confirm it at E3.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
I was just thinking the other day how I would like a Modern Warfare trilogy pack like Uncharted. All three games in one. I guess that's not happening with the above leak, but I might still be interested in COD4 on its own.
I'd also love a Dead Space trilogy pack.

I'd buy it, although it looks like might be included with Infinite Warfare: Legacy Edition rather than a standalone release. It's still has one of my favourite single player FPS campaigns.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
I doubt they would go to the trouble of remastering just to bundle it in with a special edition. I reckon it will get a standalone release at some point.

I dunno, it wouldn't be much trouble for a company with the resources of Activision. This new image also suggests it's a bonus for Infinite Warfare: Legacy Edition, although that doesn't completely rule out a standalone edition. Maybe they'll say more at E3.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
It's now been confirmed Modern Warfare Remastered wont be available separately, you'll have to buy Infinite Warfare to get it, and the pricier Legacy, Legacy Pro and Digital Deluxe editions at that.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
It's currently £25 over the standard edition to get the special edition with MW Remastered. I dontvthinkbits worth that much extra. I will still be hoping on a standalone release, maybe once the special editions are all sold.

The Batman Return To Akham Collection has now been officially confirmed and dated. It will be released on July 29th for £40 and include Asylum and City plus all DLC, they have been remade in Unreal Engine 4 as opposed to the original Unreal Engine 3.

I'd term it as a port to rather than remade in Unreal 4megablast16 wrote:The Batman Return To Akham Collection has now been officially confirmed and dated. Still I'm looking forward to getting this at some point, the first two Arkham games are amazing and well worth playing again and again, and again!
Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
As I've said before I'd only be interested in playing Asylum again in remastered, current gen form so it's a shame they're not available individually. If I do get the collection I'll probably wait until it's a lot cheaper, either new or pre-owned.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
To be honest I'm kinda done with the Arkham games. They got worse as the series went along. And while all still good quality games, they include so much pointless content that I don't really want to play them all again.

Has anyone seen the comparison shots? The remaster looks terrible!

Probably why, in what must be first for a remaster, the Arkham Collection has been delayed until an unspecified time for more polish WB Games announced today.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
Yeah hilarious!! How can you delay a game that's technically already available in store shelves!

As one remaster collection gets delayed another is announced. The Bioshock Collection is out September 16th (in the UK), includes all 3 games plus all available DLC.

Re: Deja Vu - the Re-release thread!
I feel like I have been waiting for this to be announced for ages. Will probably be picking it up day one, all three are such great games (even if Infinite is a bit lacking in the gameplay department!) and I can't wait to play them againmegablast16 wrote:As one remaster collection gets delayed another is announced.
