As I recently platinumed Moto GP 14, I thought I would blow my own trumpet and start this thread for 100% completion. And thanks to Sony capturing all your achievements, here is a pic of that mindblowing moment.

Maybe we can continue to use this thread for similar completions, or any such "achievement" you feel you made in a game:

Good work on the latest Plat Wolvie Cool

Really not sure where my next one will come from, maybe Life Is Strange seeing as those trophies are very easy, just got to wait for the final two episodes to release.

Great idea for a thread, too late for my Bloodborne Platinum though. I was very proud of that.

Got to be honest though when I saw The Platinum Thread I thought it was about Platinum Games, the developers! Doh.  Embarassed

What was everybody's very first Platinum, and what are all your Platinumed games?

I'd actually forgotten what mine was and I had to look through my Trophy list to jog my memory. Anyway it was for Mini Ninja's, unlocked on 17th September 2009. My full list is, from most recent backwards:

Bloodborne - (24/4/15)
The Order 1886 - (27/2/15)
Apotheon - (23/2/15)
inFAMOUS Second Son - (2/4/14)
Beyond: Two Souls - (23/10/13)
Heavy Rain - (7/3/10)
Dante's Inferno - (23/2/10)
Trine - (28/9/09)
Mini Ninjas - (17/9/09)

Mine was Far Cry 3 back in Dec '12, which was about 6 months after I picked up the PS3. That first one gave me a taste for them (and I far prefer them over the Achievement system on XBox) and I nabbed my second one two days later, that was for No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise.

I can't be assed to list them all but just in case you're interested, PorcusHawk's Plats

I recently grabbed the Plat in Sly 1 and should have the same for Sly 2 either tonight or tomorrow, TBF, those haven't exactly been difficult ones.

My first was Tomb Raider Underworld. I never really played the PS3 that much, and it wasn't until PS4 that I have started unlocking them more frequently. That said, all of these are easy ones to get!

Wake-up Club (100%)
Contrast (100%)
The Walking Dead
Journey (100%)
Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy

In that case, I can also add the following:-

Beyond Good & Evil
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
rain
Vita Welcome Park

BTW, I did get the Sly 2 Plat yesterday so need to find another game to target next, may or may not be Sly 3.

Does getting 100% on Kirby's Epic Yarn count. Very Happy

Was gutted when I got to 99% on Arkham Knight on hard to find that I missed one Joker teeth and I couldn't get back to it, damn it.

I've only got 7 Plats but I've 100%'ed quite a few games.

My completed games

I really do like getting trophies but I often lack the drive to go for the Platinum and when I complete the campaign I usually put the game to one side and move on to the next thing.

Just one trophy shy of the Platinum in Rocket League, which TBF isn't a particularly difficult trophy list.

The problem is that the one trophy I need is the 500km one and, whether it's by design or not, the distance travelled isn't being tracked by online games. So unless that changes I may never get that trophy.

According to PS Trophies.org that Trophy is glitched and it's unlocking between 50 and 180KM with most at around 68KM. Even if that's true it's still a hell of a lot of driving around.

That's encouraging, although I've run a mid length season, a short one and a few exhibition games and I'm only around 28Km. May not be impossible then but still a hell of a grind to go.

Since my last visit to this thread I've managed to acquire :-

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (100%)
Rocket League (Platinum #23)
Sly 3 (Platinum #24)

Now working on the Plats for Drive Club and Tearaway, both of which I hope to get in the next few days. The only good thing about the dearth of new releases is the opportunity to return to some older games for mopping up trophies.

EDIT: Got the Tearaway Platinum sooner/easier than I thought I would Very Happy

I just platinumed Lego Jurassic World. All Lego games are easy platinums as all they require is to 100% the game really. So it depends on the game if I am to do it or not. Fortunately LJW is one of the best entries in the series and I was happy to play it, replay it and then get all collectibles. And it's actually one of the more shorter Lego games in recent times.

I made quite a bit of progress towards the Platinum for Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition over the weekend. Got my Witch Doctor to Level 70. I am also now getting sidetracked by all the newer end game content which the trophies don't track >.<

At least Diablo's internal Challenges system gives me some sense of achievement for spending hours looking for Keywardens  Embarassed

Got the Platinum for Until Dawn today, it's pretty easy to be honest. There are only 19 Trophies for a start, including the Plat, and none of them are hard in the sense you need super gaming skills to get them. There are a lot of collectibles, over a hundred in fact split into 4 types, each type with it's own trophy for getting them all, but most are in plain view and even glint when you're near them and once you complete the game you can use episode select to mop up any you missed.

The rest of the trophies are based around choices and decisions you have to make, usually involving who lives and dies, but you will need two playthroughs to get them all. The game itself is pretty good if you like games such as Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls.

Platinum number 3 this early evening.  Jak and Daxter 1 on the vita.  Whilst not the hardest platinum to get, there was a lot of collecting to be done and some tricky mini games to master in order to get every power cell.

Platinum number 4! Easiest one yet as you got just by playing the game.  Tales From the Borderlands.  It was an absolute pleasure to play so the platinum is just an added bonus.
