The Forumotion software is limited and doesn't like to play nicely with all the popular web browsers out there.

Here is a quick breakdown of browsers that work well with the site:

PC/Mac
Safari
Firefox
Chrome (but cal_el gets issues!)

iOS
Safari

Android

Feel free to offer up suggestions below and I'll update the list Smile

Sadly the forum really doesn't like Google Chrome for some reason. You can use it but things like thread update icons will not update correctly no matter how many settings I fiddle with!

Works perfectly on Chrome on PC.

Doesn't work well in iOS Chrome in classic version of the site but mobile version is fine.

Weird, I always have problems with it across all the devices I use.

Adding it to the list anyway

I use Internet Explorer 11 on my laptop and on my Windows mobile. Works great on both. I use Firefox on the odd occasion but I'll never use Chrome because, well, Google are evil and just want to sell my soul to the highest bidder Very Happy .

I don't get persistent "unread thread" icons on any browser I have tried. They appear the first time you view the forum but they don't re-appear when you go back.

I've been using Chrome on Android and haven't had any problems, that said, I've not logged in regularly enough on a mobile device to say whether it's consistently reliable or not.
