Some minor changes - Cookie Deletion Required

I've done some tweaking of settings and moving things around to help make the forum a cleaner place and to hopefully fix a couple of issues. As a result can everyone click on the Delete Forum Cookies link on the bottom right of the main page then re-login. 

If you access to forum on multiple devices you are going to have to do it on each one. A pain I know but hopefully you wont have to do it too often once everything gets sorted

I've also changed a couple of forum groups and pages.

Also if you want any more categories and sub forums let me know and I will see what I can do

Done. I was thinking maybe a gaming news section for random, smaller topics that are game related, but not necessarily worthy of a full thread in the games section. It was oft requested on NG for the news article comments to link to the forum. At least here, we can set up something newsy related. 
Obviously, I still think Resi news should appear in the Resi thread, but there's normally enough miscellaneous news to have numerous smaller chats in a news section?

Some like a sub-forum to post links and such to gaming news pieces and articles?
