In-Depth Posts

I mentioned in my ideas for doing more things on here thread (Link) about people who want to doing long in-depth posts about a game or gaming related topic. It can be about anything you want as long as it is to do with games.

Think of it as writing a feature for a magazine or website. Use as much or a little media as you like but follow the one golden rule: Make it personal to you. No "Here is my review of Rocket League" posts. Instead make it "Rocket League or: How I Learned to Stop Being Angry and Love Online - By PorcusHawk"

The closest thing I can think of comparison-wise are the post release style articles that run on Kotaku and the larger pieces on Vice Gaming. 

My aim is for there to be at least one of these In-Depth posts a month even if it just me churning them out. But if you want to flex your writing muscles and share your ideas about games/gaming let me know below and we can work out a schedule of some sort. 

I'm planning for my first post to be ready by the end of September so get excited!

I would like to help but I make a blog so most of the stuff I do goes on there but I will see what I can do.


Maybe see who here makes blogs and look for some kind of connection/ way to use each other in a mutually beneficial way.. I know Dtse gave this place a nice push on his blog for one.

I was going to do a cross post thing so I would just re-post what I put on my blog up on here then link back to it and vice versa.
