We need a better name!

Hi everyone and welcome to our new home!

Sadly we have a not so original name at the moment: NotTheNowGamer Forum

We can do better! Please give suggestions below.

I like the name... only because I chose it!

NotTheNowGamerForum  kind of reminds me of not the 9 0'clock news...

Well Im glad to be here... this is the second time I have kind of been in this position.. a bunch of people left the official Nintendo forum when it became a really bad place years ok .. they Ended up forming a forum called ONM Haven which lasted a few years

So here is a few ideas thrown out

Gamers Haven
Independent Gamer
N-PS-X Now

Personally I think that it's a great name already :p

I'm also in favour of keeping the name, only because I can't think of anything better  

Anyway, seeing as NowGamer had been our home for so many years I think we do need to keep the name in there in some shape or form.

EDIT: Oh yeah, ThePigMarcher is no more (that is so 90's) so it made sense to just use my PSN ID.

I have no probs with the name as is, though I wonder of Imagine would, as NowGamer is probably trademarked.

I wonder if the subhead could be changed or lengthened - we would not want to deter any non NGF newbies (quite the opposite, I'd have thought).

if trade marking is a problem how about NextGamer or NowPlayer or something or NXT GAMERZ if you want to be all in with the kids and rad and stuff or Radical PLayStaRZZ.....ok sorry for that oubreak for a moment I thought I was a ninja turtle or something

Everything like the subheading and address of the site can be changed at any time

Also I would say we need to change the name of the site to help it grow beyond the starting group of NowGamer members
