Bethesda E3 Showcase

It's started! 


Fallout 4 confirmed for November 2015. And Doom given Spring 2016 release window.

More from the Bethesda show. Dishonored 2 has been confirmed for some unspecified date in the future, the fact the trailer is CGI suggests it could be some time. Before that though they announced the first game will be appearing on current gen consoles with a Definitive Edition, it will include the usual graphical polish up and all the DLC, it's out this Autumn.

Re Fallout 4. Why were there whoops when the character selection is announced and shown? Who are these idiots?

I'm happy with Dishonored 2 and happy with the remaster. I've been putting off a second play through on 360 on the off chance of a remaster, so I'll definitely be getting that.

Americans, lol. They are prone to whoopin' and hollerin' at anything.

They haven't got the cool detachment of us Brits.

Meanwhile I've come across another Doom video, the melee finishers are cool! 

I really liked Bethesda's showing. You could tell that they were having a blast finally showing everything they have been working on off to everyone.

Doom looked great (very violent but great) and it is great to see Dishonored 2 confirmed.

I also really liked their approach to mobile games. I've been playing Fallout Shelter on and off since this morning and I am loving it. It's free to play done right. I haven't felt like I have been blocked off from anything so far which is refreshing to see for an iOS game. I'm also looking forward to seeing how their card game will turn out. I don't know if it will get me as hooked as Hearthstone but there is a lot of potential for it.

Then there is Fallout 4....

I AM SO HYPED FOR THIS GAME!

I knew it was going to be good but the additions and changes they've made look great! 

Fully voiced main characters of either sex with BioWare style conversations. There is also a dynamic element to them from the looks of things to which is great to see. 
The freeform settlement building!
The ITEM CRAFTING!!!
The graphics!
The locations!
THE RELEASE DATE!

I am also currently refreshing Game's website in the hopes that they put up pre-orders for the awesome looking collector's edition with a pip boy phone case!

My other half says I can pre-order it If I like because she thinks its cool too... but I dont think I will though... I am of the mind that its one limited edition game or 2 maybe 3 normal editions of things If I shop around.

The game does look completely kick ass though

I think it's a GAME exclusive in the UK.

I wish... I dont have the hardware...my other half does though and shes here at the weekend so time to start persuading her we need to play it  lol

Yes and I can't stop playing it. There's no paywall bollocks to it. It is not tied to a server either which means I can actually play it while I am on the go. The micro-transactions side of it is entirely optional and what they give you can be obtained by just playing the game.

It's the first iOS game I have enjoyed in years!

I might have to delete it. I'm playing it every spare second.

Fallout Shelter is taking over my life. It just has something really appealing about it that keeps bringing me back.
