XCOM 2 Revealed PC Exclusive

So Xcom2 has been announced which is good news, but its also apparently PC Exclusive which considering the fact that the last one came out on darn near everything I think is a little disappointing. I do like the fact that it is not a remake of any other title I was strongly expecting a remake of Terror from the Deep but what we have here is actually a sequel to the Remake which pushes in to completely new story territory. From what you can see by watching the trailer the Earth has been taken over by Aliens and you are part of a resistance movement. I hope the minimum system requirements for this game are low or that it quickly gets a console port.

I wouldn't be surprised if it made its way to other platforms eventually. PC is where the user base for XCOM and strategy games in general is though so it makes sense to focus on that platform.

Yeah I am hoping for a ps4 or Xbox one port pretty darn quick.

I think this will come to other platforms in due
course. They never said there weren't going to be non PC versions, they stayed silent (I think). E3 would be too early, I think but it'll come before long.
