The Evil Within

I'm loving being able to post videos!! Here's AN HOUR of Evil Within. I've not watched all of it, but bits and pieces, and it looks great. Another game I'm really looking forward too. 

I'm waiting on reviews on this one. Very much on the fence.

Im optimistic but also want to see a few reviews first , then depending on those it will determine if and when I get it

I'd still put it below Alien Isolation in my personal pecking order but I am looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

I feel roughly the same about Alien, it looks good, it has potential but I want to see reviews and such first

Looks pretty decent.  Getting definite Resident Evil vibes from it.

Hope it is more like Resi 4 rather than Resi 6

It looks more like Resident Evil than Resi 6 ever did. Mostly because a lot of the gameplay seems to be about opening doors...

Agreed. I think it looks a bit 'silly' for some reason but still intrigued.

Did anyone actually grab this? I got the limited edition new in an Xmas sale for around 20 quid but only just opened it up properly today... Played the first level. It was a lot of hiding and running away but already it seemed a million times scarier and more fun than RE 6.

Yeah I got it when it came out last year, it's not bad actually. A bit rough around the edges but, as you say, way better than Resi 6.

I feel a bit of a tit because I got it on sale, then got its season pass for half price and then just didnt play it... I brought a lot of games around Xmas because of the crazy sales but I guess I cant complain some of them were still cheaper new at that time than they are now second hand (I got WWE 2K15 for 20 new from Game then for example and that's now 29.99 second hand in my local game).
