Rainbow Six: Siege Rainbow1

So the Rainbow Six Siege open beta starts next week, 25/11-29/11 (available to download 23/11).

I'm interested to try this out, but unfortunately the full game doesn't hold much attention for me. Like Star Wars : Battlefront, the online only nature of the game is a bit of a turn off. Give me a coop campaign, like R6: Vegas, and I would be loving this!

I'm willing to give it a go but yeah it doesn't have much that personally appeals to me.

The Rainbow Six: Vegas games had great single player campaigns. The lack of any at all with Siege means I'll pass.

I don't know why they didn't do R6:V 3 or R6: Dubai or something similar. I loved the Vegas games. This just feels like a cheap online spin off. But I'll try this beta out and see if it proves me wrong however I have a tendency to not get online only games.

I was really looking forward to this as I love the Rainbow Six series but the multiplayer only has put me right off.  Rainbow Six is all about the tension and thrill of sneaking around, rescuing hostages, rappelling down buildings before busting in etc whilst following a typically ott Tom Clancy style narrative.  The multiplayer was always an added bonus.
